Visit with us

Nestled in uptown Saint Augustine, just a short stroll from the historic district and right across from the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche, sits a charming Victorian-era home full of whiskers and purrs. Inside, guests are greeted by a cozy atmosphere filled with a delightful blend of playful cats and the aroma of coffee—affectionately known as a cat café. It’s a whimsical place where each feline has its own tale to tell, and where guests can enjoy playful moments with their new furry companions.

Things to know…

What is a cat café?

A cat café offers the charm of a regular café, serving delicious food and drinks, with an irresistible twist. Beside the café lies a cozy cat lounge, a warm and inviting space filled with happy, healthy cats awaiting adoption. Guests can enjoy watching the playful felines from the café or pay an admission fee to step into the cat lounge and spend quality time mingling with these adorable companions.

Not Looking to Adopt - No worries. Most simply want to enjoy some quality time with adorable kitties. Whether or not adoption is on the mind, every visit to a cat café helps support the mission of finding fur-ever homes for these rescued felines.

Cat Lounge

Spanning across two charming floors of a Victorian-era home, our cat lounge is a spacious, yet cozy space. From the café, you’ll pass through a vestibule, stepping into a warm and inviting sanctuary designed for pure relaxation and feline joy.

Admission Fee - Access to the café is free and open to all guests wanting to view our fury friends; however, in order to help defray the costs of housing and caring for these rescued felines, there is an admission fee of $15/person to access the cat lounge for one hour to spend time and interact with these wonderful kitties.

Plan Your Visit - Start planning your visit today and secure your spot in the cat lounge. Explore all of our feline experiences and book your adventure through our online reservation portal. You can also reach us by phone or email for assistance.

Walk-ins - We recommend making a reservation prior to your visit to ensure access to the cat lounge. However, guests without a reservation are certainly welcome and will be placed on a wait list for admission to the cat lounge pending availability.*

Waiver - Prior to admission to the cat lounge, all guests will need to sign a waiver upon check in. A parent or legal guardian will need to sign a waiver on behalf of those under 18 years of age. If a parent or legal guardian will not be accompanying those under 18 years of age, they may print and sign a waiver ahead of time to bring with them.

Children - Our young guests that are 12 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult, 18 years of age or older, at all times while in the cat lounge (please no more than 3 children for each accompanying adult). Those accompanying children are responsible for their safety and for ensuring that the rules are followed.

Cat Lounge Rules - When visiting the cat lounge, we ask that you follow some simple rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • The cat lounge is a shoeless environment so please wear grip socks at all times. This is for your safety and for the health of the cats. Grip socks are available for purchase if needed.

  • You are welcome to pet and play with the cats, but please do not ever pick them up or disturb them while they are sleeping. This makes them grumpy.

  • Please do not feed the cats any human food as these foods may be toxic or otherwise harmful for their digestive system.

Thank you for your cooperation!

* The cat lounge, or portions thereof, may be closed during business hours due to private parties or other special events. Please call ahead prior to visiting if you are unable to secure a reservation online.

Onsite parking is available for guests and is located in the rear of the building. There is also free public parking available in front of the building along Old Mission Avenue.

Oversized Vehicles - For those traveling in large trucks, full-sized SUVs or other oversized vehicles, we recommend using the free public parking available along Old Mission Avenue. The size of our parking lot is small, which makes maneuvering large vehicles difficult.
